Savix vs Arphie

Proposed scenario: a seller-side team with three reviewers must complete a technical RFP from conflicting source documents. This is an evaluation design, not the result of an independently executed test.

When to prioritize each candidate

Savix

Savix puts claim verification at the center of its public product story. That makes it an interesting shortlist candidate when the expensive part of a response is checking whether each commitment is actually supported. Ask to see partially supported and unsupported answers, rather than accepting a polished draft as proof of correctness. Public marketing does not substitute for a security report or a completed pilot.

Arphie

Arphie positions its knowledge agents around the information teams use to answer buyers. A useful evaluation asks how a response changes when connected source material changes or access is removed. A source link alone does not establish that every clause in an answer follows from that source. Inspect the excerpt, freshness, document permissions and fallback behavior.

Make the decision defensible

Do not award points for unknown features. Record observed behavior, correction work and unresolved terms. Compare cost only after equalizing scope. Prefer the product that handles your failure cases reliably with an acceptable review burden.
